A. Yes. Get creative! Pack some frozen soups and put them into your checked luggage. Make a pot of soup with or for your hosts.

A. Yes. Decide which days you'll commit to cooking and eating soup and mark your calendar so you can set your own goals.
Q. How will this challenge be different from any other healthy challenge I've signed up for in the past?
A. I'm providing a fun platform for incorporating healthy eating and lifestyle into your life, but it's up to you to decide what you want to get out of this experience. What effect do you want this challenge to have on your health and happiness? What causes will you make towards manifesting those effects over the 21 days we spend together?

How this works
It's super simple. You just cook vegan soup and you eat a bowl of it everyday along with whatever else you want to eat. You can enjoy soup for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even a snack!
Why soup?
If we were voting for a food to be the love mascot, I think soup would win. By eating soup during this challenge, you'll warm your body on the chilliest days of the year. By choosing these healthy vegan soups that are nutrient dense and free of processed ingredients, you'll give your body what it needs to operate happily and give your digestive system a little break from figuring out what to do with junk food.

Soup is an excellent food for beginner chefs and people short on time. Even if you make a few mistakes, your soup will probably be yummy. It's also simple to re-heat making it a wonderful leftover for kids to serve themselves and for folks to bring to work.
Soup is a wonderful way to make sure you eat enough veggies during the winter when salads and green smoothies aren't as appealing.
